If it's a cake that happens to have some Cauliflower added, then sure, but if it's a cake made of Cauliflower Flour then calm down some people can't eat gluten.
Sadly I think most do it to appease the Almighty Algorithm™. Many now include a jump link to the actual recipe, though, since they know most people don't care about all that.
