Possession - 1981. I have to say that this movie was spectacular, gave me a sense of existential dread that is persisting a couple of weeks later and absolutely stunned my family when we watched it for movie night. Highly recommend watching it but be warned that it's disturbing.
Obsession was fun, I watched it a couple of weeks ago. My wife and I also watched Kansen/Infection (2004), a spooky Japanese movie set in a struggling hospital that is more about lack of resources and overworked staff than anything supernatural. She liked it more than I expected (it was her first time, but a rewatch for me), said only the ending was weak. 👍
Dunno if you wanna count this as a movie, but I did see it in the theater as part of Ghibli Fest: the original cast recording of Spirited Away: Live on Stage.
Absolutely incredible show, a seemingly impossible adaptation brought to life through beautiful puppetry, costumes, set design, and practical effects. I've never seen this level of visual spectacle in a stage play or musical before, it's truly something special.
Finally watched Barbie. It was good. And it clicked: I get now why they say Gosling is sexy. (Always found him bland, generic, and weird-eyed before. But no: he looks kind and smart.)
I really enjoyed Street fighter. I thought it was very fun, I was expecting to have to give them a ton of grace on the acting, but it wasn't as bad as I thought. Lot of no-homo kinda stuff, but from the back of the closet. The dude who's playing bison is doing Raul Julia if he was a boy hungry pedophile, which can be off-putting.
Also Andrew Shulz is playing Dan, and he's a fairly big part of the movie. I was really annoyed when I saw him, and I was prepared not to enjoy the character. It ended up with me not hating it, especially when he starts interacting with anyone other than Ken.
I would see it again. Going to see You Can See Everything next.

Arco, french animation extremely original and beautiful, good for the whole family but not stupid

Companion was good. It's a mystery/thriller so I recommend going in blind.
What movie pal?
yeah, what movie Bro?
You Can See Everything was a good watch
I was already uncomfortable and cringing from the trailer.
I am not going to do that to myself.
That was a mindfuck, really cinematic too. It was the best thing I’ve seen recently, easily.
Coyote vs Acme Corp
Ive been following the case since childhood
Yes it was surprisingly good.

I enjoyed this more than I expected to.
Hackers 1995 really stylish and so 90s, was great how lots of the techno terms were real and made sense unlike most movies.

Guns Akimbo because of the shootings and class solidarity
Shoot Em Up because of the shootings and the classic one liners

Watched The Weight (imdb link) last night and really liked it, hadn't heard about it before so went it blind. Highly recommended!
My friends and I just watched the new Resident Evil movie and it's batshit, but I had a lot of fun. Definitely recommend!
I only watch old stuff, I liked Arabesque with G. Peck and S. Loren.
Pizza movie was actually pretty funny.
Predictive Programming Brainwash Operation to Hide the reality of Pizzagate in plain sight. Almost as bad as "they will kill you"
Far better [ non weaponised movies out there.. ]
What genre do you prefer?
is this girl robot movie? it was decent.
