What is this "occasionally" nonsense??? When I finish eating the pickles then I drink all of the juice! I try not to in one go because I hear that too much at once can be not great for you. But I fucking love it.
Everyone in here saying pickle juice is a magical cure all... but only for ailments cause by dehydration. There are less gross ways to ingest electrolytes guys.
It's the double whammy of it being a probiotic with the electrolytes, though. And with the probiotic side, the gross factor is kinda inherent to the equation.
Lacto pickle juice is God tier at killing a hangover. Don't waste your money and life on vinegar pickles. You need proper authentic bubbie pickles BUT that shit absolutely slaps after a heavy night on the town.
Some mornings you'll do more shots of pickle juice than liquor the night prior. That's good!

I may have to try this then. I've been getting worse and worse hangovers for not unreasonable amounts of drinking. I miss being a 21 year old woman who could put down beer after beer after beer, slip in a shot or two, then go home in the morning feeling fine to shower up then have a full day of doing things
I love to drink pickle brine as much as the next guy, but no name brand, complete electrolyte powder and a big glass of water before bed has pretty much stopped me from having hangovers in life.
Use that glorious nectar for pickle back shots, one part pickle juice to one part of whatever hard liquor you got. Shoot that bad boi before work for a decent kick up the arse 🤙

Water is key. Hangover is simply your body reacting to rapid dehydration.
