That exclusions list looks like you can't eat anything. What can you eat? Eat a little more of whatever that is, and lift heavy. Bodies are pretty good at figuring out how to use what you eat.
Im not even joking my diet is one of, if not the most, bland in human history . I actually feele like I have broken a world record for most food intolerances.
My diet is just rutabaga, ground beef, sunflower oil , lard, and some coniferous vegetables like rapini or kale ....only that.... Ive been eating that EVERY.SINGLE.DAY for 3 years straight. I dont even eat snacks . I remmember reading this one recommendation from a doctor that he had discovered thst some of his clients got rid of thieir heartburn by eating a diet which had no dairy and no starch in it.... I said he was a liar....and then I tried the diet.... It worked! No more heartburn for 3 years after everyday of constant heartburn! I was shocked!
I tried incorporating a little bread and rice back into my diet a monnth ago... and then I got heartburn so bad it burned the roof of my mouth again. So even tiny amounts of starch are unacxeptable by my body!
I tried incorporating seeds and nuts into the diet seeing as how they have no dairy, fructose or starch in most of them..... my acne and digestive issues came back with a vengeance!
I cant even eat avocados.... How am I even allergic to avocados?! They dont hhave starch, fructose or dairy proteins in them at all! Well anyways...
The problem Ive found with bulking is that bulking with rutabaga is madness because the vegetable is so low in calories that youll eat a bunch of it then get hungry within an hour or two. Ok, then I tried bulking with ground beef and thats too expensive... so ....I cant bulk with anything I guess? ... 🤷🏿♂️🥺
Rutabaaaaaaaga!
So you can probably have radishes and turnips then, too? Yeah none of that has much calorie value. Are there any other oils you can eat? Ghee? Can you tolerate pea protein isolate?
ALL the ghee brands where I live were made by people who are liars or idiots because they ALL cllaim that the ghee has been clarified to have 'very few' dairy proteins in it....so why am I intolerant to ALL of them?!?! Every brand of ghee Ive ever tried just didnt sit well with me....so I guess Im intolerant to either the ghee itself or some people are just lying and they dont know how to get rid of as much dairy proteins in ghee as they oughta!
I can eat pretty much any type of 'oil' or 'cooking fat' like lard, margarine, canola oil, or beef tallow just as long as it didnt come from the milk of a creature (so no butter, buttermilk, goat's milk, goat's milk yogurt, yogurt, creamed cheese or browned butter) or as long as it didnr come from a food Im intolerant too (so no peanut oil, avocado oil, or lemon oil or things like that) . Only problem is of course beef tallow and lard are a bit on the expensive side. Also drinking cooking oils like sunflower oil to bulk just ...doesnt work? Right? Or Does it? It doesnt work for me is what Ive currently found. Ive never been able to drink them when bulking and not have a super bad stomach ache lol. The oddest thing is that I just made some overly oily bread a month ago(beacause I suck at measurements) using about 1.5 litres of sunflower oil in total . And then I ate all that bread in a matter of days cause I was super hungry and there was nothing else I had at home that was good for me...and ...I got no stomach ache or symptoms AT ALL....so ...what in the fuck is going on there?!?! I cant drink the oil but the second I put that same oil in bread in large amounts ....I get no problems?! Hnh? (Also yes before anyome replies , I do know Im an idiot for drinking cooking oil)
Also turnips are a starchy foood, no?
And now radishes... I havent even picked up a radish in my hands in like 25 years ...so I have no idea if Im intolerant to them at all. The only thing that makes me apprehensive aboit radishes is that I looked at the fructose values for it and it seems to have a notabl amount of both frructose and sucrose in it.
And I cant even remember the last time I tried peas so Id have to try that. Apparently it has no starch in it!? Id also have to learn how 'pure' pea protein isolate is. Like do they take any of the naturally occurring fructose or sucrose in peas and just leave it in the isolate?
Thanks for the suggestions.
If it's heartburn and not strictly an allergy I have a different suggestion - have you tried any digestive enzymes? Like as pills or powders? I am absolutely not a doctor but this was the first thing that came to mind.

My nephew was raised on French Fries and Chicken Fingers, until his mom had to go to Depot and left him with the grandparents for about 6 months. It does get better.
When you consulted a professional, what did you find out?
Your current diet violates your rules already - massive starch and some meat.
I did consult a professional and they did a prick test on me and they were able to xconclude that I mostlikely have a dairy allergy since the 'dairy prick's reaction was quick, big and hard. It took a few days for the swelling from the dairy prick to go down so I think we can conclude that I should probably stay away from dairy....
They tested me for other things like wheat, rice, potatoes, apples, tomatoes, etc and they found nothing else.
Also I have starch in my diet? Where?
Sounds like a standard vegan diet without potatoes and some fruits? What's the issue? Just eat a rich protein vegan diet. Soy, beans, lentils, vegetables, rice, ...
...
read the queation once more.
Why don't you like it?
Because you did not read or understand the article, maybe? Or you have no clue about the basics of human food?
And?
What's the starting point and end goal? Because "bulk up a bit" can be eat more calories and exercise for a month, and then lose it, or a radical long term change.
Bulk up by how much. Are you underweight? Do you just want to tone your muscles? Whats going on here.
I wamt to gain as much fat in as little as much time as possible. Ibe always been underweight except for last year when I FINALLY started gaining weight for once in my life.
I can clearly tone down with ease when I choose to seeing as how my body is practically allergic to weight gain. 😑
Oh. If it's fat you want not muscle, then candy, chocolate, fast food, anything calorie dense. If it's muscle you want, see my other comment somewhere in the thread.
....i cant eat fructose....
Did you not read the question?
Chocolate famously has no fructose.
A problem Ive found with pure chocolate is thst since its so absurdly high in insoluble fibre my body doesnt hold onto the calories of it for long. Its high in fat which is nice but when I tried bulking by eating a bunch of pure unsweetened chocolate I had to use the washroom like CRAZY so I ended up losing weight AND feeling hungrier than I did before using the chocolate.
What Im looking for is a place in toronto that sells pure cocoa fat without any cacao powder inside the fat because obviously the powderr is what has the fiber in pure unsweetened cchocolate. I may have to look for a bakery or sometthing , though Im not sure if any bakeries anywhere here sells unsweetened coocoa fat.
There are lots of great infused cooking oils. Maybe you can find one infused with !
so is there like vegan pizza infused cooking oil? Cause pizza used to be my favorite food before my food intolerances started going insane.
You can infuse oil wil almost anything. So I’m sure there is a niche oil somewhere. I fancy chili oils, and there’s an overwhelming number of them.
so by starch you mean carbs. like is fiber fine. also zero in those other things because most whole non animal foods are going to have some fo almost everything.
Sorry. I forgot to add that fiber in all its forms is fine.
yeah you have to accept some carbs and such to though. even beans have some starches and a miniscule but non zero amount of sugars.
Well the sugars in beans are typically not fructose and most beans thatt do have sugars in them tend tonot have a lot of it.
Also you suggest beans? Do you know of any beans that have little starch in them? (othrr than soybeans)
So im not even sure soybeans have zero. The thing with beans is fiber and protein is by far the largest component. So net carbs and blood sugar spikes and such should not be an issue. whole grains have more starch but again the fiber vs starch thing they are favorable with many. If you really need close to zero starch. like less than 1%. then seeds and leafy greens I think are basically what you are stuck with but the greens won't exactly bulk you up and im not sure how many seeds you could eat. Most seeds are basically fiber, protein, and fat. Some nuts to. Like hazelnuts. Again though absolutely zero starch is going to be virtually impossible unless you just eat processed stuff that removes it.
Im allergic to every single seed and nut Ive ever tried 😭
I tried pistachios, almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, etc.... Same results :(
BEANS
.... read the question once more
salted nut mix
Ah shit sorry forgot to add that I cant eat every nut and every seed
how bout deez nuts?

When you say meat do you mean any animal flesh product?
yes
Okay, in that case I would look into the vegan meat substitutes. They're typically relatively high in calories and would be an excellent addition to getting your calorie count over what you need.
Supplement that with some Pea protein, and also make sure to take creatine, as creatine will cause you to absorb a couple of pounds of water weight.
If you are exercising and the point is to add muscle, that extra water weight will raise your NEAT just a hair, a few calories a day, but if the goal is to put on muscle, a little bit of extra expenditure is not a bad thing.
As in something like impossible burger?
Yeah, the impossible burgers are good ones, but there's also a lot of vegan chicken alternatives.
Generally, if you go to the grocery store and look through their vegan section, you'll find things like that.
For an ultra processed fast food, yes.
I mean, yes, of course it's ultra processed. It's vegetables being tricked to have the consistency of not vegetables.
But the question wasn't, "How can I eat the healthiest calories on the planet?"
Ya the 'healthiness' of the diet is completely irrelevant. I take a bunch of supplements and multivitamins so micro nutrients have nver been a concern for me.
Soybeans mixed with boiled starch-free rice swimming in glucose gel. That is protein and the most basic of sugars. The "starch-free" rice probably isn't 100% starch free, but it's close. If you can tolerate it, the carbs would be useful.
You probably would need a few dozen multivitamin pills for dessert though. Crushing them up and adding it to the soy and sugar probably would taste kinda bad.
Still, I don't think that would be balanced enough to convince your body it wasn't starving so bulking up probably isn't going to come easy or safely.
You need protein with additional variety, and I think my concoction would probably push you over the edge into protein poisoning with a massive sugar imbalance to boot.
I started off lightly joking at first, but if you crank up the soy in your diet along with simple sugars, you can probably just add that to whatever else you can eat and be OK. Unless, of course, you have a soy allergy as well.
(Sounds like you have some serious gut issues and are incapable of breaking down most proteins and more complex sugars. I am not sure if the soy will help much or if you can get all the amino acids you need if there is a protein digestive issue going on.)
well I can eat meat I just cant eat starches, fructose or dairy proteins at all.
Also you said a massive sugar imbalance? What is that please?
I just want to see if I can try a vegan diet while bulking. Im pretty sure with hpw shitty my genetics are its impossible.
Soy, rice and glucose gel is the sugar imbalance bit.
