I think the 90s and early 2000s prove you can animate something as mundane as officework and as long as it's colorful and has the occasional surprise then it will have fans.
What I'm much more appalled by is the number of youtube unsanctioned knock-offs who sneak in adult themes, horror, and promoting violence in an effort to punish parents who leave children unattended.
Omg YouTube used to have these horrible spiderman vs elsa videos that would pop up when my daughter was little. I tried everything to get them to stop showing up.
Basically was bondage smut for kids. I think enough parents finally complained that youtube demonetized them. Many had spiderman impregnating elsa after ttig her up with a rope. These were adult live actors dressed in Halloween costumes. I really want those people to suffer
Edit - Enough people took notice that Disney was threatening to sue YouTube and the creators. Some journalist managed to find one of the actors but the actor wouldn't even give their name due to strict NDA. But Anonymously said it was very corporate and they were turning out hundreds of videos.
