What's the status of Pripyat/Chornobyl these days?

Obviously there's a big war going on. But that area has been abandoned for many years and I'm just wondering if there's been any change in activity or policy regarding the exclusion zone.

In 2025 the permanent dome sealing off the reactor was struck by a Russian drone. While it's structurally still sound it is no longer sealed. Moisture is building up inside from rainwater, and now they have to worry about that moisture corroding the building from the inside. Over 100 billion dollars has been put forward to repair the structure, but it will probably take longer than the construction time of the structure to reseal it.

Last I heard there's a hotel open inside of the exclusion zone, people still work at the other reactors. The enclosure was damaged by Russian bombing and now its going to cost billions to fix.

The last known activity was around the start of the war when Russian soldiers dug in only to be evacuated in few days after due to radioactive sickness and never to be seen again 🤷
