Any repairs to it that aren’t a complete replacement will likely result in a significantly weaker hull, meaning it could no longer safely dive as deep as it used to.
And replacing it would mean almost complete disassembly. Probably safer and more cost effective to build a completely new sub and cannibalize any parts from this one that makes sense.
I don't see any issues here, she should be able to be towed out to sea and dive successfully.
