The knife skates off the crust and the inside is fluffy and soft.
Focaccia with burrata, prosciutto, Calabrian salami, tomatoes, lettuce, and a little bit of olive oil.
Delicious.

Just want to ask, Mediterranean or not? Because, if not, here's a trick for tomatoes. If you grow your own, they actually taste like proper Mediterranean tomatoes instead of sour red orbs.

I've been meaning to try making this for awhile. I already make pizza from time to time and the focaccia recipes I've seen look very similar to the one I've been using for my pizza crust
