Cilantro Lime Sauce [Recipe]

The cilantro lime crema is the kind with this consistency:

Making it is super easy. You just need a blender. Goes great with burritos, tacos, fries, veggies, etc😁

INGREDIENTS
Yields ~24 oz of sauce:

1 Œ cups sour cream

3 jalapeños, roasted

3 small limes, juiced

1 cup cilantro

1 tsp onion powder 

1 tsp garlic powder, or 2 cloves of garlic

1 tsp cumin

Pinch of salt to taste

I'm going to try. It looks like the cilantro lime sauce Costco's been selling.

I’ve never had the Costco one, but coincidentally I was looking at that sauce before finding this recipe. I hope you like it! At the least, it should provide a base to work with for any adjustments. For me, the right consistency was the priority. I didn’t want a smooth thick creamy sauce (like ranch) lol

I'm kinda wanting to sub avocado and Greek yogurt for some of that sour cream as a healthy upgrade, but of course sometimes such substitutions turn out disastrously. 😅

Anyway, the original sounds great. Too bad my acid-sensitive stomach can barely handle lime, anymore, maldita sea!
