By vexillology standards it's a bit meh. Tiny ass details so it's impossible to see from a distance and so overcomplicated that it's impossible to draw by hand. At least it doesn't have text though so simplify the seal and then we're talking.

However, until we are an interplanetary species representing ourselves to other intelligent species I think a flag for "earth" is more relevant in most contexts.
For example, if an earth flag was flown along side a country's flag, that conveys an intention of unity and cooperation. If a human flag is flown there it doesn't convey much additional meaning IMO.
