Today i'm celebrating 6 years of sobriety!
I still struggle with it, especially since i'm feeling a little bad lately, but i'm proud that i'm able to keep on going. Even after 6 years, it is a work in progress... but i'm okay with that.
A big thank you to all who contribute to this community, even if you're just checking in from a distance without posting, and for reading this + celebrating it with me!

I haven’t hit the year mark and continue to have moments pop up where I feel the need for a drink. But I know one will lead to another and I so enjoy feeling sober all the time. So impressed at six years!! Congratulations and keep it up.

Thanks! That's how i've learned to do it, thinking: 'just get through this day (sober), the next day doensn't matter because it is not here yet'.
Now i'm 2190 day-by-days later and that didn't (and will never) change :)
