As long as it’s not made clear who’s responsible for speeding, such a system shouldn’t be allowed.

Same for every self driving system. We should have laws saying who’s responsible about what could happen.

I haven't seen an answer to this yet. If an accident occurs and an FSD chooses to save the drivers life at the expense of a bystander. How does that play out?

You'd be surprised how many bodycam videos there are of people saying "you can't write me a ticket, I wasn't driving" because they're fucking morons...

FSD should be absolutely pinned to obey the law to the letter.
