It's a common trope in some cultures for parents to ask their adult children to "just have kids, we'll take care of them, your lives will be unchanged". Crock of lies, of course.
They cant even take care of themselves nowadays ...so what makes them think that theyll be able to take care of a new set of kids who have thrice the energy and destructive potential than they do?
