Because a) all media has to avoid its natural draw towards apocalypse porn. b) many of the big media players are in on the fascist game.
I don't think any of the outlets I pay attention to take him seriously. I especially liked how Jon Stewart did a segment on the peace talks in Islamabad Pakistan.
