Doesn't justify attempted murder. Amazing that they assumed people might think it does. Influencers are annoying, sure, but do any sane people really think they should just be murdered in the street? 360 cameras usually leave out the mount. You can see that in a lot of extreme sports footage. I guess she is an influencer, but that's only relevant because of their ridiculous defense.
