I'm new to the mod game myself. Just took over stoner_rock after the prior mod was afk for 3 years.
Your mod is afk for 3 years too. Unfortunately, this seems to be the case with many of the hard music comms.
Somebody should volunteer and pick this comm up. Get a new header graphic. Clean it up. Post some stuff. (I don't want to be lead mod, but I'll volunteer to be a backup.)
If you have a mod, we can link to each other. Get some more posts going. Make it interesting.
You know. Let's listen to some DOOM!!!

Tbh, the fediverse isn't really big enough for sub genres to need their own communities. It makes it harder to find good conversation. I would love to see another general metal community to diversify off of .world, but the ones I've seen try tend to dry up fast.
But, hey, contact admins, see if they'll put you on! Nothing wrong with trying!
I don't want to mod your comm. Got my own to manage. That's enough. But I would back someone else up if they wanted.
But ... I think there's plenty of room for a stoner_rock and a doommetal.
I would like to see more solidarity between the hard rock comms.
There's enough of us to have a real scene. We just gotta link up. (I did figure out how to link to you guys, did that.)

Ya, I feel all guilty if I don't post something every week. Like its a job. But its a pretty cool job.
