Tacos al pastor are delicious! The pinapple is optional
I tried with pineapple for my first serving, but liked it best without. Ended up eating all 10 tortillas with the toppings 😅

Recommend you dice the pineapple smaller and mix it in with the meat, far tastier that way.

Al pastor and salsa verde is my go to. These look great.
For those in SF, Guadalajara at Ocean and Mission St makes pumps out some absolutely bangin Al pastor.
Just the pinapple, though?
