It’s real easy; prime black, drybrush grey, drybrush a slightly lighter grey, stipple drybrush white, then stipple drybrush longbeard grey.

You could also throw a nuln oil wash on top, depends how dark you want it.

This lizard wizard is definitely putting a considerable amount of mind effort magically keeping his staff upright for sure lol
