Yeah, you still can’t ride the outside of vehicles in GTA after dozens of games and billions of dollars in development costs.
Dev costs realistically only went to billions (plural) with GTA VI which isn't out yet so we don't know for sure if it has it or not. But I'm leaning towards not because this is harder to do realistically than just about any other physics in their games.
Even the Mad Max game didn’t let you do that, which is kind of a travesty in retrospect as that’s pretty much the main idea I would have started from as a developer. You can drive, but mostly just to get close enough to start climbing around on big rigs.

Not at all. In the States people go door to door selling "discounted meat because we ordered too much and it needs to go!" Making up some BS to sell something comes at step 2 of a plan to steal a lot of something.
This looks pretty organized, and likely a few shops sell it at the same exact price as the other company sells it.
