I can't even use Bluetooth earphones at this point because of this.
They just make me anxious, I am constantly expecting to be startled by random loud voice at any point.
Mine's a British woman. And the volume of that voice always seems to be much louder than whatever I was listening to, so it gives me a slight fright every time.
You can! Just go to the "place you buy earbuds" settings page and select "wired earbuds". After I did that, the annoying warnings went away, and my earbuds gained infinite battery life!
I want them to just turn off when the battery is gone.
If they want to make a single low volume alert at some low level telling me how much battery remains, that's an extra. Anything else is hostile bullshit.
If you don't need to filter out lots of noise, you can alternate to use one buds at the time for long study/work session. So the other one can keep charging in the case. Otherwise, a female audio jack/usbc adapter with some good old cable headphones.

I love my hearing protection headset. It warns you when there's about 1h of battery left, then at 30m, then 10m.
That's it.
But 3.5mm jacks are sooooooooo awful.
The phones are sooooooooooooo thick and unwieldy because of that hole!!!!
It's more like 'BETWEEN 6 AND 12 HOURS PLAYTIME REMAINING.'
I don't know why companies that should know better don't just stick with simple beeps. Sennheiser, you fucking idiots.

I have a nice shower speaker that, when low on power, begins beeping every 5 seconds, with at least three times the volume of the music
I get it, just give me 2 goddamn minutes to finish showering and then I'll charge you!
Thick American Accent: "Power on” "Connected" "Pairing"
Thick Japanese accent: "Low Battery, Please Recharge Headset."

the tts in my car's bluetooth puck consistently mispronounces "bluetooth" as "blew-a-tooth". truly a mark of high quality.
I do not understand why we are not allowed to just disable this feature.

Do you want to constantly check your settings page for the battery percentage?

No I'd just charge it after heavy usage.
I paid for the whole battery let me use the whole battery, I don't need it to tell me battery low every 2 minutes for half an hour.
