I like that we're evolving past reboots/sequels and just straight up releasing the same movies again. It's so much more efficient this way.

Its how disney used to operate. They were so resistant to bringing their films to home video, and even when they finnally caved, they still only did limited releases.

I hate being the "me too" guy but that's it. They have done prequels and sequels for everything, and now they release "samequels" to make more money. This is ridiculous, but I applaud them for doing something unexpected.

Never much cared for cars. The emperor’s new groove did the “colossal douchebag gains a soul” plot in a more entertaining way, imo. Exaggerated emotions and dumb fun really appreciate 2d animation

I can't wait for Cars 2 to hit theaters again. I have been saving some baked beans for exactly that.

Fun fact, in Cars 2 we see that a Cars TSA exists. Implying that a Cars 911 happened, or I guess Cars shoe bomber? Either way it's weird.

Especially weird because a hijacking would be complicated by the fact that the pilot is the plane

Also a pope mobile, which means someone tried to assassinate the car pope and that there was a car Jesus.

Honestly I don’t care for it but my kid loves it and I’d go just to make them happy.
