$400 M is the penalty for destroying our species. Will we ever get justice for anything ever again?
only if we do it ourselves instead of relying on obviously captured institutions.
This is not law but a business model.

On top of the privacy effects, short form video (SFV) is degrading everybody's cognition.
High-frequency SFV use was consistently associated with attentional disruption, reduced executive functioning, and emotional dysregulation. Several studies reported increased anxiety and compulsive use, though findings were heterogeneous.
