EA has been shit for almost 20 years and just because Saudi Arabia bought them doesn't mean anything has changed, it's just the work environment that will get more hostile.

Well I don't know if EA games could get any worse. Maybe the games will get better under different owners. The last ones didn't do very well, and that's being generous. At the worst they stay the same. I probably still wont buy them either way. Unless they remaster LotR Conquest or NFS Underground 2 and actually do a good job and make it super faithful, which is extremely doubtful.

Also, if they have such a problem with the new owners, I don't think anything is stopping them from seeking new employment with a company with social politics they agree with more.
