This confusing text is done on purpose to keep you on their videos for longer as monetisation has a minimum time the user must stay on your content for it to trigger.
It's the same thing with those videos which have stupidly long intros where they keep telling you to keep watching and the ones that say "keep watching to the end!"

I'm fairly convinced that these kinds of posts are purposefully confusing purely for engagement farming

This has to be rage bait.
„actions are the if“
Wow! That took me a looong time. But there seems to be a message hidden in that seemingly random assortment of words!

Why waste your time on this? The person is either dumb or does it on purpose, in both cases it is not worth my time.
It took less than a minute and it was a puzzle to solve.
Why waste your time telling me I'm wasting mine a day after it was posted.
But my time is not your time? You can do that, I asked why you would and you answered that.
In any case, I was unaware that your comments can not be replied to a day later.
At least they started in the top left this time.
See, I’ve always felt that actions/consequences are if they speak the away from here tomorrow.
Apologies are useless, if your actions stay the same.
