I can reproduce the issue. I should have a fix for it in the next release.
The inbox has multiple categories, did you look under Messages rather than Unread?
Ofcourse i checked All too.
In other apps like Boost, it shows but not Summit!?
Yea that's weird. Do other message threads show up in Summit?
