Bummed this is a January release, I really thought this would be coming out in a few months.

That being said I feel like this answers the question of why force ghosts don't just hang around all the time. Glad to see Anakin hanging out though.

Also Huyang going full Grievous is beautiful.

Rebels Season 6!

God damn, this looks freaking amazing. Galactic war, a gazillion light sabers, crazy weapons, I'm so IN.

Not only am I fascinated by the continuation of the Rebels storyline, and in a more serious tone, but the return of Hayden Christensen. For all of the failures of the Prequel Trilogy that he got blamed for (ie, his "wooden acting"), he did pretty well in his cameos in Ahsoka S01 IMO. Seems like we're getting much more of him is S02. No lie... I'm happy he's getting a chance to redeem himself, and, if the writing's good enough, he may pull it off. good for him, as I think he deserves it. I just hope they back off the de-aging CG a bit... fora 45 y/o, he looks pretty good. they don't really need to de-age him at all with CG. makeup and good lighting is all that's necessary there. Seriously, if they could convince everyone that Luke Perry was a teenager for 4 years on Beverly Hills 90210 when he was in his late-20s/early-30s, then they don't need to CGI Hayden Christensen's face.

Also looking forward to more of David Tennant as the sass-mouthed training droid Huyang, and to see Rory McCann as Ray Stephenson's replacement in S02-- they were aquainted in real life, and McCann feels quite obligated to carry the torch.

Much of S01 I was often screaming, "WHERE'S EZRA‽ WHERE'S EZRA‽ WHERE'S EZRA‽" Well, we finally found him at the end of S01, and I can't wait to find out what he gets up to.

At this point, Ahsoka has the potential to be great like Andor, or flop out like... well, just to flop. I think hoping for Andor-leve awesomeness might be a bit of a high bar, but Mando S01-levels of awesomeness might be attainable!
