I see a godawful time replacing a broken roof tile.
I was staring at those tiles with trepidation too! nightmare.
I also have questions about the tiles in these areas:
They appear to be angled upward such that rain would run underneath.
Maybe the tiles are decorative, a lot of the other houses on the hillside seem to lack tiles.
Probably, it looks like there's a fairly thick layer of concrete underneath, but still shit breaks - and never forget the most important rule of engineering: everything leaks.
This building design is not going into my book of how-tos.

It's also not at all the only house on that cliff, which makes the name way funnier to me.

It's less of a question if it can be done and more of a question of why should anyone do it.
Apparently an enthusiastic young groom wanted to build a house on a cliff with no design estrictions.
