If you go to 1m its up 28%. But if you look at 5y its performing about the same as sp500.

The SP500 is basically the tech market these days, so that makes sense. When it goes up or down, it's because a few tech companies took hits or gains and that steers the ride.

It does mean though that before this massive swing MSFT was actually behind sp500.

(I'm not defending anything that's happening in the markets related to AI. I fully believe this bubble will burst soon. That doesn't change the fact that zooming in on 24 hours of a stock price and omitting the y axis is fucking dumb.)

Watch The Big Short if you haven't already. Saw it for the first time in theaters last weekend. Damn good movie.

Literally Microsoft paying Microsoft to buy data center resources from Microsoft. It's the EBITDA equivalent of a hand job.
