Humidity is causing me going crazy, dude!
I have been going "crazy" that's what I call it.
I didn't know why until the humidity reached above 70% and caused mu ceiling light dripping water. So i got a hygrometer and observed it. So for years i have been in pain not knowing why!
I under 55% i am kinda ok, steady 60% and sometimes going above make me angry, can't sleep
I can't buy a dehumidifier without family help, but i cut ties with them. I have rules that i sat and that prevent me from buying stuff, damn you father.
My sugar daddy also known as my biological daddy, is a bad father. Good man, but a bad father.
I am tired, i really want death when it gets high, but then change my mind when the poison goes away.
Taking shower helps... A LOT! I feel ok for an hour or so.

Pro-tip, dehumidifiers work great, but they blast hot air back into the space they’re in. Air conditioners do the same job, they remove humidity from the air, but they are designed to vent the hot air/condensation out of the living space. So they lower both humidity and temperature. A portable or window AC unit will cost about the same as a dehumidifier.
I live in middle east, I have an ac running 24/7 but it is over sized which cause short cycling.
The ac is part of the apartment, so I can't do.anything but leave and leaving is not an option, thus dehumidifier.

I found that attention to which fabrics I wear and which I use for bedding helps a bit.
The options for clothes include light breathable "tech" fabrics (usually polyester in a trenchcoat - with a special weave or blend - unless you get into the expensive end of the spectrum), light wool, rayon (viscose, lyocell/tencel, "bamboo"), and linen if you can stand the texture.
For bedding, rayon if you can find it and linen.
The secret with wool, rayon, and linen is that they can absorb/contain vastly more water before they feel damp to the touch!
Yeah, the north east of England rarely goes below 70% humidity. The winters aren't too bad: the cold sticks to you, but you can always fix that. The summers, though, are very uncomfortable for me.
The pain is hard, dude. Here is fake hug 🫂
