Yeah that's gonna turn into a homeless people hotspot
They are also mammals, for what it's worth.
But also putting in literally any effort at housing everyone would solve this.
Also like besides it just being humane... When everyone is housed, you don't see the homeless so the selfish among us should be happier too. Better aesthetics.
But tbf not all homeless people are willing to comply with rules like no alcohol or no drugs. Where I come from, we mostly have homeless people on the streets in the summer. In the winter they go to shelters because it's too cold and that outweighs the ability to get drunk.
Perhaps if we focused on housing people we wouldn't have to worry about it
