I can't be bothered to edit it on my phone, but that right there is me in the middle of what should be a simple job on my car but a bolt just snapped.

Personally I got more leaks when changing some gaskets recently. Because I disturbed some o-rings that I didn't replace.

Entire engine valley's o-rings and gaskets getting replaced now, one gasket is getting re-replaced because it's a metal one. But this photo is absolutely how I feel about this entire job.

Is that a tiny shark fin on the hood?
This is why you shouldn’t let AI control your car. It saw the appliqué, glitched about what it was doing, and rest was history.

Idiot.

Non-sequitur: I love the SaltLife decals so much. Their font is just so awful that every time I see “Slut Life” on a Jeep Renegade a 12 hour drive from the nearest ocean, I just think of the driver tarting it up every weekend. It makes me giggle.

The dude in charge of their logo knew. I don’t know anyone who's looked at that and not asked if it says Slut Life.

This fits with that other car collage with Ford Unfocus and Toyota Watercruiser among others.

My mother grew up in a house in the beach. According to her, when winter froze the water over, the neighbors would drive out and spin their cars on the frozen river.

It was a different world back then, but the idea sounded terrifying to me because this was basically what I pictured happening if anything were to go wrong.

Sure, we can always use an additional amphibious exploring vehicle meme.

“Weird, the car is still running. I don’t understand how CyberTrucks die while still on the beach.”
