I think this ignores the fact that oil slows gastric emptying and that 30% of the calories from protein are used to process the protein. I think you should structure your diet around your lifestyle.
Yeah, food with oil is so much more satisfying & makes you feel satiated
Is that a whole tomato in there? And a carrot? Chew your food better.
Fullness has very little do with literally being full of food tbh
@FredVegrox True!
FYI The clogging of arteries comes from rapid sugars.
Edit: sources. It's basically de facto knowledge.

What do you think clogs arteries?
@Valmond @Johandea Carbophobia is ultimately a form of animal abuse. Low carb diets rely on killing animals for the majority of calories. You could theoretically do vegan keto, but in doing so, you basically give credence to the lies that fuel animal abuse. #vegan
What does that have to do with clogging arteries?
what do clogged arteries have to do with the op post!?
It's about clogged arteries?
fruit and veg are rapid sugars?
These sources are shit
A pear is not "added sugar" nor are green beans, wtf you on about
Fruits are slow sugars. Veggies have negligible sugars. I don't know who you are addressing.
you. you said rapid sugars cause clogged arteries. okay, but the origional post is just a pro "fruits and veggies help you feel more full" and youre all, "umm akshully"
And, not clogging your arteries, it's in OPs post!
