I used my new hot plate for the first time and it was a success
I no longer want to use my gas stove anymore because I learned about the emissions, my kitchen has pretty bad air flow so I'm trying to just use a basic electric hot plate now.

Put a lid on it for less emissions if you have poor ventilation!

Had the same one for a month or two. If you want some awesome 1 pot recipes there's tons everywhere. I personally like this one with sausage, a can of Rotel, and box Mac and cheese.
Boil the Mac, drain once al dente and rinse in cold water. Brown the sausage in the pot, add can of Rotel, then cheese mix(with butter and milk if required, but I usually use the Mac and cheese with the liquid cheese).
Omg I lived in a place for a min that had a gas stove and a crappy hood, it was awful. Good move!
No wonder: it’s an elite gourmet.
