Over salted some vegetable broth and used a couple potatoes to help absorb some of the salt. And it surprisingly worked! But I was left with a couple potato halves to figure out something to do with and this was far and above the best result.
I cut one of the halves in half and pan fried, then grabbed some various things from the fridge.
The accoutrements in question.
I wanted to try one completely vegan on the bottom right, and I'm happy to say it was very good! But the other ones got a little bit of everything. The garlic chips were fried in the residual heat in the pan and the minced was thrown on the taters directly out of the pan to allow it to bloom. I dusted all with sesame seeds & onion powder(cause I know the dried chives weren't going cut through).
Make it your own, but boiling potatoes in broth then slice and fry is a cheap and easy way for a delicious snack
Y'all think Furryosa is all pets and and love!
To be fair it usually is. But I gotta clean up after her on occasion (this being one).
Furryosa straight crashed from my shoulder to lap in the most photogenic position.

A Metroidvania with incredible sound scape.
It was frustrating at times, and the story is nonsensical. But it was pretty nice departure from the ray tracing, bleeding edge shooters I've been playing.
Furryosa's intelligence may be artificial, but her ability to make me unable to wear black is quite real.

Genuinely honest question because I misinterpreted something about Furryosa a few days ago and now it's everywhere.
Furryosa's New favorite chill spot on the couch, just in reach for scritches.
She knows what she's doing.
Got a pretty cool flashlight at the dollar store today.
It is surprisingly bright, and ergonomically designed. Being able to hold out to your side while using the secondary lens is pretty handy.
