This is the guy the entire Republican party and every CEO in the country worships.

Astonishing

I would say it's a useful relationship. Like hanging out with your boss at the Christmas party and fake laughing at his dumb shit.

And if your boss smelled like shit

They don't worship him, they despise him.

But they've completely debased themselves for personal profit.

There are multiple occasions where Republicans have erected and publicly venerated a graven image of Trump.

That's worship.

If the action overrides the opinions then it doesn't much matter what their opinions are for their actions speak far more.

The oligarchs doesn't worship him. They find him useful because he can be bought to allow them to do literally anything. They all hate each other, but allow each other to exist as long as they are useful to each other.

The only ones who worship him are the non-billionaire morons who are his voters.

He looks like a little kid at someone else's birthday party and he just got caught opening all their gifts

And he was never invited to the party because everyone hates him. Just like his real childhood.

This Loser loves adulation so much that he can even get a thrill from stealing someone else's glory. He wasn't even rooting for Spain, he bad mouthed them a few days before, and Argentina has always been the favorite country for fugitive war criminals, and he already bought his way in with a $40 billion dollar bailout as American families were having their food assistance cut. Clearly Argentina was his team.

But Spain won, and it's their glory he had to bask in, so he stood there as the crowd cheered for them, and pretended that it was for him.

What a Loser, on an International scale.

Trump: Spain? Waste of space. Also Trump: I love Spain. I won FIFA for them.

Good. Noble. Wise.

Also, fuck Thom Yorke anyway. What a disappointment he turned out to be.

I stopped paying attention about 15 years back. What he do? Never heard anything but the music.

Probably some pro-israel statement stuff. He's changing his attitude tho.

OP left out the most important part of the lyrics. (Tied to this context at least)

"Oh no, it's happened again. Where am I? Errrr, am I Spanish? No, wait, do I own a national football team now? Why is that guy talking at me? And who shit my pants... again?"

This is now the second time that Gianni Infantino had to politely coax Trump away from a celebrating winning soccer team before his inappropriate and unwanted presence ruins the moment.
