They were delicious posing a danger to the forest! Could have started a forest fire at any moment!

Killing that guy couldn’t have done anything. Only YOU can prevent forest fires.

I can prevent them but he can cause them. Only not anymore!

Edit to add: bears will be bears

But Smokey can't prevent forest fires by killing those people. Only YOU can prevent forest fires... by killing those people.

One of my neighbors from japan was telling me the biggest problem safety wise over there is from bear attacks.

Kinda jealous tbh

it is definitely not

a bunch of gas stations and corner stores have had to form networks of safe areas for women being stalked, followed and/or abused

because theyre open 24/7 and every where

Wasn't there a whole ad campaign disabusing us of the term "Smokey the Bear" in favor of "Smokey Bear", or am I just drunk?

Wikipedia doesn't mention it. Apparently the "the" was added because it fit the rhythm of a song, so the name "Smokey the Bear" became popular. Both get used frequently.

I'm sure there's internet pedants that will come out of nowhere to correct anyone that calls him "Smokey the Bear" tho since apparently "Smokey Bear" is the official name.

You reached the end
