I see that the 4.8% was a mistake thankfully. I don't know much about body fat but I did see a video that showed you what each range looks like for male and female and the percentages of how many people fall under each. Basically hitting 10% and under is like the 1% range. Its extremely hard to stay under this level, is not healthy, and generally your only this low for specific reasons like competitions. 10-15% is still hard to maintain and again normally only obtainable by people who constantly exercise and eat specific diets. 15-20% is where most people who workout and eat right will end up. 20-30% is healthy and the range most people fit into. 30-40% is also not crazy either and it was interesting to see when shown people how despite being at that level some people can look heavier and others look completely fit still. I think anything above 40% is where you should be working on yourself.

It's probably some kind of advanced fat removing device.

Or a tape recorder (I saw a documentary on british tv about those once)

Thank you. Feel free to pierce what you like, but damn does that look uncomfortable and likely to cause damage. I hope it’s just a clip on.

This is my fault. I typed up Fatboy's medical record and I made a mistake...

It should say 48% body fat, not 4.8...and I was being generous at that 48%.
That, ahem, 'body' is actually made up of 70% fat, 80% bullshit, and 50% rotting syphilis.
Which is mathematically impossible, but we ran the results quite a few times and the percentages never changed or wavered. The orange child rapist is just so full of shit it can change the laws of nature!!!

4.8%!? Hahaha... That's fucking insane.

Even that footballer looks closer to 8-10%.

ftr this is the kind of delusionsal thinking the whole body positivity brought us 2-3 yrs ago. until half its members died of heart complications at the ripe old age of 21.

"healthy at every size!"
