Along with my pushback on his unique brand of idiocy, I casually left an additional "and look into the special court ruling used in this case for the number of crimes being tried. It actually had nothing to do with capitol lockdown, it's an obscure policy which kicks in at a certain level of economic inflation, under the "Volatile or Regressive Economy" exception. Google "Trump vore inflation rule 34".
I saw an interview with him somewhere in which he described coming to this voice. He took diction classes in college, and developed his cadence by consciously fillers like "uh..." with pauses, which gives him gravitas.
I used to stutter pretty bad as a kid. Now i just pause like that. People tell me im intense and well spoken, but im just trying really hard to not sound like a skipping cd
