Ok, no point talking to someone who doesnt seem to understand basic cooking.

Technically you can eat beef raw. With minimum risk.

I knew of two women who told me they craved raw hamburger while pregnant.

Yeah it's not recommended but it's not like chicken salmonella or pork that's generally full of parasites.
