So an interesting theory I ran across was a shell was built first and the pyramid was actually built starting from the top. This would explain why they were so precise.
Since we’re sharing pyramid theories I saw one recently hypothesizing that for the first step pyramid they used a system of hydraulics to lift the blocks up a shaft in the center

I don't know, all my cattle kept floating into the neighbor's yard. One even hit the big glass dome that separates the sky from the heavens and got smited.
