[METAPOST] Lazy Feature Request

hey, do we have a list of all the comic strips that have individual communities? the ones the artists make just for themselves so they can post all their stuff without worrying about flooding this community.

can we make one? here. then put it in the sidebar or something. I'd like to subscribe to them all, i'm sure some of y'all would too.

if this has already been done i apologize i just got my coffee, but i feel inspired by Brandon over at ![email protected]

edit aaaa sorry i forgot i was doing a cookout today i'm running around with my little remaining hair on fire i'll be back with the list

To who it might concern: i use an oldschool rss feed for that. i just subscribe to the websites of artists and get all their new comics. I use this community on lemmy for the comments and the community lol.

Dear Threadiverse devs,

We want collections, like mastodon has. We want to make multi-communities that gather communities into convenient bundles. We really do. I promise we will use them.

Love,
The users

Once upon a time, the joke was that fedi admins required you to remove your pants when summoned. I guess we really have gone mainstream.

Yeah you can make your own feeds, either private or public.

On the piefed web interface, go to "Explore" menu, then select "My Feeds". You should see a button called "New Feed".

(Also, on existing feeds you should see a "Copy Feed" button.)

If you need help with it, ask here: ![email protected]

Asking because I am on Lemmy.

I really gotta make my own instance at one point

omg thank you. I thought there were only predefined topics; I didn't realize I could create my own too

Excuse my ignorance pls, but how do you add this feed so it shows up in your timeline of "subscribed?"

I think you have to click on them and subscribe individually (at least for the list I'm making here), but if that changes I'll let you know.

I'm going to explore piefed a bit and see if I can figure out some technical stuff on signing up to the multi community thing but I'm going to need at least 12 hours

I'm so tired after cooking for too many people I think I completely misread your question. Give me a minute to percussive maintenance my brain back out of neutral

I'm not the author lol. That's just a comic that feels missing on Lemmy so I'm sharing it.

I do have my own comics I post here... When I get ideas for one. Does have a light mimi vibe but different

Oh.

... Wait how do you know my facial expressions when I never posted a picture of myself online?!

I love seeing the more historical ones, and Garfield is really fun seeing how it's changed (and all the games we play to make it more interesting of course)

And of course there's our own Unix surrealism, the comic I really should understand better but I love it anyways. Thanks!

I had to comment again, I finally had time to sit down and looked through some of the sidebars. You weren't kidding about C&H thanks dude

i want them all but like, the easy opportunity to interact with the artists and tell them i love their work is so hard to pass up. perhaps we can sort them into small piles
