It's going to depend on how much matcha you get. It probably needs more sweetness either way. It definitely wouldn't be for everyone, but it's possible the grassy elements of rum, mezcal and matcha could work okay.
Needs some blue flecks in it...maybe blueberry skins or drizzle blue syrup in the bottom of the glass.
