I think it's one of the things where it works perfectly fine out of the box on just about every os but windows, but if you try to open it on windows it asks you to pay for a license for the codec
Pay? That sounds really really odd for a FOSS codec. Your Windows install should prompt to install the HEIF codec package, which includes things like AV1 and HEIC.
If that fails, you can always run the Debian installer to fix the issue.
this be a reference? context please.
Movie called “Christmas Vacation “. The character in the meme is emptying his septic tank down a storm drain screaming “shitters full!”
thank you
This is the best video I could find with a quick search: https://archive.org/details/Christmas_Story_and_National_Lampoon_Christmas_Vacation
It's two xmas classics spliced together. Jump to ~halfway for National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.
Also, congrats! https://xkcd.com/1053/
We all know old Randy Quaid loves him some tRump.
Pity he turned out to be a nutter. He’s a fun actor.
They drained the swamp, then filled it with shit.
Honey have you checked our Reflecting Pool?
Why the fuck is this a AVIF???
Fucking hilarious, sharing it, even saving it, is a bitch and a half. Gotta screenshot it…
A good, free codec for image sequences (uses AV1): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AVIF
If your client doesn't support it, that's.. odd.

Are you saying this is animated? Coz I aint' seeing an animation.
No, this is single frame, but AVIF works like GIF.
