AI and cameras won't save you from getting rear-ended by a texting driver, run off the road by a fascist who thinks you're too woke, or flattened by a semi-truck whose driver is too fat to do a shoulder check.
Sure, the bike will beep at you, but what are you gonna do?

I've found that visible cameras actually have a very strong deterrent effect for most people: When they see they are being recorded, people tend to not be shitty.

I'd still recommend just getting a camera or two over getting something crazy expensive (or even just get a fake camera that blinks, as long as they see it it'll still serve as a deterrent).

Doesn't help with distracted drivers or people who don't care if they get arrested, but I'll take any safety benefit I can get in the mad Max world of bike commuting.

A concept bike that uses AI and 360° cameras to track dangers around you, but only if you also wear the likely hella expensive helmet with a heads up display (don't forget helmets should always be replaced after any impact/crash)

They could make the electronic components easily swappable/repairable, but I bet you they don't so they can MaXiMiZe PrOfItS!!1
