However, B.C. Hydro told Postmedia that one of its crews was sent to the water park and found that “the electrical issue originated on the customer’s side of the electrical service” and not within B.C. Hydro’s infrastructure or equipment.

I can't help but feel that they could have stopped a little sooner.
Like one kid injured? Okay, maybe it's a fluke.
Second kid got injured in a similar way, hmm, maybe we need to shut that ride down and investigate?
That makes sense to me.
But when they were at kid 11 and they were like, well, I don't know...
Feel like that's lawsuit time.
It sounds like it happened to all the kids standing in line at the same time, like something suddenly completed the electrical circuit and caused the accident. A few of the kids received a shock strong enough that they could not let go of the railing, and had to be airlifted to BC Children's.
