Iirc this has been attempted already in athletic contexts and they had to stop doing it because it turns out that a few percent of cis women end up being “male” regardless of what you test for. This is of course ignoring how unnecessary it is in the first place

Yes because gender isn’t binary, unlike what all these morons think.

Can’t wait for the headlines! “I was so excited for this bigotry, but then my own daughter tested positive for trans. ):”

37

"i didn't think leopards would eat my face!"

also you know some people would be ignorant and hateful enough to see that their cis female child tested "positive" for being trans and throw them directly under the bus, maybe even an honor killing. lots of right wing parents hate their children for daring to be human beings with their own complex internal lives instead of the dress up dolls they signed up for.

Do we think they care if they hurt a few false positives along the way?

22

Yeah I mean it’s a pretty huge civil rights issue, again as we continue ignoring the huge civil rights issue inflicted directly against trans people in this hypothetical.

But if you’re a cis woman who was born a woman, assigned woman at birth, all your internal and external organs are typical of the average cis woman, spent your whole life living as a woman, nobody you ever met ever gave it a second thought, you never even heard about “trans” other than a passing Fox news clip insinuating Joe Biden invented it in in 2022, etc….

…then suddenly your state government brings litigation against you for using the women’s room? Because of a “test” that a) has a false positive rate to begin with and b) a significant number of cis women are true positives for anyway?

I feel like you’d have civil rights lawyers throwing themselves at your feet

They only like science when it can be used as a weapon against their victims.

44

Well that was weird, inconclusive, but weird. Thanks for new info. Guess the Y chromosome is even more fragile than expected.

So let me get this straight: they're going to forcibly extract your DNA on a mere accusation?

BRB, reading the instance TOS to see if I'm allowed to say what should happen to the subhumans who try to do this.

26

Fiscally responsible! DNA tests for bathroom visits! That's super cheap and worth the cost, right?

9

Imagine focusing on this instead of literally any other real world problems.

Conservatives/regressives are subhuman.
