First time making Kombucha
I've been wanting to make this for years and I finally got around to buying everything.
The SCOBY and one gallon container was delivered earlier today. I also bought eight 1 liter flip top bottles will be delivered tomorrow.
The first few will be plain Kombucha before I start making some with different fruits.
Very cool! Have you though of flavors you'd like to try after?
Thanks :) I'm going to do hibiscus first. I have frozen strawberries and blueberries.
One thing I really want to try is tamarind.
I also want to try, pineapple, lemon and ginger.
Nice I think with blueberries at least you need to add some extra sugar to get a good fizz since they don't have much on their own
