This is really neat! It reminds me of that creepy doll section from Ib. I really need to play that game again.
What is the game?
The name is Ib, I and B. It's a french word I think, and it's some old indie horror game where you're trapped in an art museum. Here are some pics, it's really hard to find them since there's no official art or renders for them.
