It most definitely can. It’s 100% covered under the first amendment. Now, in modern days, that doesn’t mean the gestapo won’t just murder you in cold blood for it, but you know.

If someone wore this to my job, literally no one would bat an eye. Boss wouldn't care. Boss's boss would probably get a kick out of it. Clients wouldnt care. Coworkers would say "why are you wearing such a nice shirt to work?"

I had a great interview at a new company yesterday 🤞 If they take me, I have already prepared the print files for mildly offensive stickers that I'll be giving out at my current workplace. They're the company logo with an extra letter to get the word "slop" in there.

As someone who owned a graphics design company for a while. That shirt design makes me cringe.
