The link provides a pre-formulated letter to commissioner Ribera and directorate-general Whelan that can be signed and sent automatically. You can do the same by translating the letter and sending it manually.
Trump will throw a fit about "anti-USAian attitudes" or whatever and the EU will fold to whatever demands he poses. "Leave GAFAM alone!" and that'll be that.
Or there will be a fine of... Two million dollars!
